[ JOB OPENING ] The Box SF in San Francisco is looking to hire a three month contracted position as Assistant Venue Manager, Events Producer and Administration Coordinator.
We are in the middle of an expansion and as business grows there is an opportunity to grow with us. January 1, 2016 applicant would convert from contractor to full time hourly, should both parties agree.
THE BOX SF is in one of San Francisco's most historic building's The former William Randolph Hearst Printing Plant at 1069 Howard Street in the South of Market area of SF! Our expansion will include 4 beautiful private meeting suites. Our existing upstairs space boasts the largest and oldest dining table in the US at 335 years old. It's made from Village Gate Doors from China. We offer full bar, catering, full technical and lighting build out, valet parking, door security and a myriad of decorating and add on options.
Applicant will have experience in event production and coordination, use of Apple Macintosh, basic office software, strong people skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule as we book both day and evening events 7 days a week.
