The Box SF one of San Francisco's most historic event and meeting venues, Reflectur our award winning Creative, Branding and Marketing Agency and BrainfoodUSA and The Art of Active Networking are hiring a full time IN HOUSE Bookkeeper, Business Manager and Project Manager.
Applicant must have strong accounting and booking skills, extensive knowledge of Filemaker, Quickbooks, running multiple sets of books and a strong basic tax knowledge, amazing administrative skills and EXTREMELY organized. We are only Apple based, no PC's here!
This person will report directly to Mark E. Sackett the businesses owner and will help in every aspect of the running of the businesses, opening projects, bill paying, bookkeeping and all aspects of running multiple companies.
