Many of you know THE BOX SF my historic building here in San Francisco that is the former home of the William Randolph Hearst Printing Plant!
If you have been here, you know how beautiful, historic and amazing it is, built in 1926 is is a jewel in San Francisco with the highest historic designation San Francisco has! Well guess what? The Box SF is not the coolest part of the building. The bottom two floors of the building are a mezzanine/atrium building of about 6,500-7,000 square feet of the coolest office, startup, tech, creative space in the South of Market area and I am currently looking for a new tenant.
If you are a well funded startup, work for a company looking for rockstar space, or know anyone who might be interested it will be vacant and available for occupancy on or about September 1st!
